Return Shipping Costs: Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or faulty. It is strongly recommended to use a tracked or signed-for postal service, as LJHGlass cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit back to the studio.

Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
Processing Time: Ready-made items are carefully packaged and dispatched within 3 to 5 business days. Custom or bespoke pieces will have an estimated turnaround time agreed upon at the time of order.
